Plan first. Then the work.
AT Consulting Pro is one consultant for business and marketing decisions. I'm based in Keswick, Ontario, on Lake Simcoe, and I work remotely with owners and founders across Canada and beyond.
Most businesses don't lack ideas.
They have too many. There's a pricing change they keep meaning to make, an agency they're unsure about, a hire, a launch and a website that needs work, all in the same month. My job isn't to add to that list. It's to cut it down to the few things worth doing now, put them in order and get them done.
Why monthly
Priorities change, and a plan written in January is out of date by April. A monthly retainer means the plan gets reread, reordered and reported on every month by the same person, who remembers why last month's decisions were made.
Why the prices are public
If you have to book a call to learn a number, the call becomes a negotiation. I'd rather you arrive knowing what everything costs, how many hours it buys and how to leave. Then the call can be about your business.
Decisions, with a name and a date
A recommendation without an owner is an opinion. Everything I write, from a 90-day plan to a one-line note on a proposal, says who does it and by when. If it can't say that, it isn't finished.
What I don't do
I don't buy media, design logos, shoot video or manage your social feeds. I don't give tax, legal or accounting advice. When one of those is what you need, I'll tell you so, and help you brief the person who does it.
You won't find testimonials on this site.
A quote tells you someone was pleased. It can't show you what they were pleased with, and you've no way to check who wrote it. A sample can. You see how a finding gets argued, how specific a plan gets, and whether you'd want a document like that landing on your desk every month. That's the thing you'd be paying for, so that's what I'd rather show you.
